Three URD Students Place among Top Authors

Three URD students placed among top authors in two different annual national student book festivals.

Hossein Mottaghi, a PH.D student of Shiite studies at URD, writing ‘The Bibliography of Islamic Manuscripts in the Libraries of the World, vol. 2; Pakistan and Denmark’ managed to win the first grade in ’21th National Student Book Festival, held in Tehran.

Accompanying Hossein in the above-mentioned festival, the second award winning URD student, Heidar Eivazi, a PH.D student of Comparative Studies of Religion, won the title of “The Admirable Work” with his book; ‘The Role of Safakhaneh of Isfahan in the Dialogue between Islam and Christianity’.

The last but not the least young author won his title in ‘The 1st National Young Authors Festival’ with ‘The Youngness, Opportunities and Regrets.

Mohsen Fattahi Ardakani, the third successful URD student is also a PH.D student of Shiite Studies.
