The Europe and America Office is responsible for establishing, developing, and consolidating the University of Religions and Denominations’ academic relations with universities, research institutes, and scientific centers in Europe and the Americas. In line with the University’s internationalization strategy, the Office actively pursues long-term and structured cooperation with leading higher education institutions in these regions.
The main areas of activity include academic and research collaboration, faculty and student mobility, joint conferences and international seminars, and the organization of short-term academic programs both in Iran and abroad. Such collaborations are primarily implemented through bilateral agreements as well as internationally recognized programs such as Erasmus+ and DAAD.
Currently, the Europe and America Office oversees approximately 40 active MOUs with institutions across Europe and the Americas, covering countries such as Germany, Turkey, Italy, Spain, the Czech Republic, Brazil, and the Vatican. Partner institutions include the Universities of Potsdam, Bonn, and Paderborn (Germany), the University of West Bohemia (Czech Republic), the University of Graz (Austria), the Pontifical Lateran University and the Gregorian University (Italy), Zaim University (Turkey), and Methodist University (Brazil).
The Europe and America Office welcomes cooperation with universities, academic institutions, and cultural organizations in Europe and the Americas and remains open to expanding partnerships through both bilateral agreements and international academic programs
