Dr. Takashi Japanese Moslem Scholar who teaches Islamic theology at the universities of this country visited URD.

Dr. Takashi, Japanese Moslem Scholar who teaches Islamic theology at the universities of this country, visited URD.

Dr. Takashi who was in Iran to take a part in the first world congress on the dangers of extremist and Takfiri movements, hold in Nov. 23-4th  in Qom, paid a side visit to the faculty of Religions of URD.

Dr. Alimardi, the president of the faculty along with Dr. Qanbari, a member of the faculty hosted their Japanese counterpart on Wednesday, Nov. 5th.

During his meeting with URD faculty members, Dr. Takashi expressed his heart-deep happiness visiting Iran and especially the holy city of Qom as well as the University of Religions and Denominations, hoping it to be the first step for further mutual academic cooperation.

The final part of Takashi, s short visit to URD took place with his presence at its specialized library, the rich collection of which received his appreciation.
