Mrs. Shahindokht Moulaverdi, president^, s deputy for women and family affairs visited URD in the national week of research.

In the national week of research Mrs. Shahindokht Moulaverdi, Rouhani^, s deputy for women and family affairs visited the University of Religions and Denominations.

A lecture for the academic staff and the students of URD and a meeting with its president Dr. Navvab was her schedule in this visit on Tuesday, Dec. 16^th.

Addressing the URD professors and students, president^, s deputy explained her organization, s current activities and future plans in order to enhance researching throughout the academic centers around the country.

Congratulating the national week of research, she also pointed to the significance of the position universities like URD hold in developing research activities.

Dr. Navvab was the next on the floor who welcomed the presence of Mrs. Moulaverdi in his university. He also urged all the executive body of the country to improve the conditions required for a more practical movement regarding research rather than mere words and lectures.

The meeting ended with the ceremony of granting presents to some ten top researchers of URD including five students and professors as many.
