The purpose of this research is to investigate some of the narrative arguments of one of the claimants, named after Ahmad-ibn-Isma’il-Basari. This person introduces himself as an indirect child of Imam Mahdi (AS), the Prophet and the cause of the emergence, and claims that he will reign after him. He has tried to prove his claims by using the innocent’s arguments (AS). Also, the followers of this person claim that all the statements and arguments of him originated from his divine knowledge, and there is no possibility of criticizing any of the allegations raised. But after examining the represented arguments, we find that this person was inclined to deceive his audience by treating non-documented narratives, using non-scientific sources, breaking the traditions and distorting their meaning and implications. The novelty of this flow in Iran, and the feeling of the need for a scientific analysis based on the trustworthy sources of this group, made it possible to critique some of its narrative arguments after introducing this person and his propaganda method. The method of this research is descriptive-analytical, and what has been achieved is the ratio of this person’s lies to the Imams (AS) and the use of the illiteracy of his followers. And attempted to prove his claims by examining some of the alleged evidences, and considering that the master’s successor to Imam Mahdi (AS) should have knowledge and infallibility.
