The Impact of Sins on Knowledge from the perspective of the Quran and Hadiths
Sins, faith, righteous actions, and knowledge all play significant roles in our lives. Islamic doctrines emphasize that human happiness and salvation can be attained through faith and righteous actions. Knowledge plays an unparalleled role in acquiring and practicing faith and righteous actions. However, the valuable blessing of knowledge often faces challenges and threats, with one important challenge being sins.
Quranic verses and hadiths suggest that sins have a destructive power that can disrupt the acquisition and retention of knowledge. They can hinder the formation of knowledge, destroy the knowledge that has been acquired, or even transform and reverse it.
