Theology and Ethics in Seyyed Murtazā Thought

Exploring the theoretical foundations of ethics in order to achieve ethical thinking is necessary. This book, relying on the ideas of Seyyed Murtazā ʿAlam al-Hudā, a Shiite thinker, explains the theological foundations of ethics, paving the way for the development of broader foundations such as ontological, epistemological, and semantic foundations. It helps in forming a cohesive ethical system.
The epistemological foundations, the theological foundations based on divine attributes and actions, the anthropological foundations, and the cosmological foundations determine the boundaries of discourse in ethics and play a role in presenting normative, meta-ethical, and general ethical theories.
