Violence against women is a specialized term used to describe violence against women in its entirety and does not refer to any particular form or type of violence. It seems that women are being struck by other unstable. In the world today, lawmakers are seeking to establish a legal framework to maximize the fight against violence against women, and there are various regulations in place. When comparing Iran’s domestic legislation and international documents, we find that there are important ways to eliminate domestic violence against women, but given the differences in cultures, there are substantial differences between domestic violence in Iran and international law instruments. Despite some similarities between Iran’s domestic law and international documents, it should be noted that the international legal instruments alone are not sufficient to combat domestic violence against women and that they provide the world with rich Islamic resources in addition to providing them with solutions. International effective anti-violence documents can be localized according to Iranian Islamic culture and religion and injected into the Islamic Republic of Iran’s law. This study seeks to raise the awareness and awareness of officials and decision makers in dealing with domestic violence, to provide the necessary solutions by modeling rich Islamic sources and international human rights instruments; The Legal and Judicial Commission of the Expediency Council and the general policies of the system on women’s rights and the discussion of women’s harassment and should be recommended to increase the punishment for perpetrators of domestic violence. This research is an applied and descriptive-analytic in nature because it is only a descriptive and exploratory study and is related to the validity of library-type information collection and review of books as well as related articles.
