The subject of the research was the study of style in Hassan Salem Al-Dabbagh’s poem at the phonetic level because scholars and modernists have dealt with the style and meaning of this word in linguistic and other studies. The reason for Hassan Salem Al-Dabbagh’s fame is the different literary style of his poems, poems that have a visual and narrative feature mixed with literary nature in the textual and contextual axes, and this feature distinguishes his poems from his contemporary poets. The purpose of this stylistic research was to show the distinction of the poet through poetic patterns that the researcher has done in inferring the phonetic levels in the poem of this poet.

In studying the poetic style of this poet, one can rely on a descriptive-analytical approach, because his new poetic language can be studied in modern linguistics. The descriptive approach is the best way to reach the goal, also, the descriptive approach can be followed to explain the words of research in the text under study, and to reveal the creativity of the poet, which distinguishes him from others.

An acoustic level is a tool that is used to understand the importance of the musical rhythm of Arabic letters in poem, in particular, items that are included in Dramatic works such as Incense seller= Ba’at al-Bukhur. In this research, the researcher has studied a style that includes the science of prosody and themes of this science (meters and rhythms and musical implications), and in this way, he clarifies the characteristics of the letters and their exits, whether they are close or far from each other.

In his research, the researcher proved the sense of patriotism, which was one of the most important features of Hassan al-Dabbagh’s poems.

In addition to the characteristics of a genuine Arab man, such as generosity, courage, and decency, the scholar also documented the patriotic stance of the genuine Iraqi citizen, who thwarted divisive plots designed to separate Iraqi identities.

In addition to the characteristics of a genuine Arab man in the poems of this poet, such as generosity, courage, and decency, and in particular, the inhuman characteristics of those who committed the most heinous crimes in human society, such as the Spyker massacre, the scholar also documented the patriotic position of the genuine Iraqi citizen, which these positions thwarted many divisive plots designed to separate Iraqi identities.

The purpose of this study was to show the difference between Hassan Salem Al-Dabbagh’s poem in terms of style and to explore the details of his poems. These features introduced him as a poet with his own poetic features and presented to the reader what the poet has from the plan he has in his mind and heart and does not forget it under any circumstances.

Also, getting acquainted with the poet’s way of thinking in preserving the homeland was another goal of his research. This way of thinking was not just composing a few poems, but defending the homeland in any way possible, which results in providing a life of dignity and peace. Another purpose of this study was to find out how this poet in his poem simulates the events that prevail in his country. In other words, the poet seeks to solve the social problems of his homeland.
