The right of foreign nationals is one of the most important business issues now in all countries or more. These countries suffer from an unemployment problem of varying degrees from one country to another. Hence, these countries are interested in foreign labor in order to protect the national labor force from the danger of competing with foreign labor, and the rights of foreign labor have been realized in Iraq. This law as well as French law is stated. Its laws provide for the rights and protection of foreign workers. The problem with this study is the lack of resources and written research on the rights of foreign workers. We have concluded in this study that the employment of foreign workers in countries poses a problem, that is, the prevention of jobs occupied by foreigners. And also the obligations it imposes on them are different, and this difference varies from period to period. Countries do not apply legal laws regarding the status of foreign nationals between legal centers and foreigners, between foreigners and natives . Foreign status is determined by the laws of a country that give citizens more rights than foreign workers.
