Divorce is one of the most fundamental problems of families in today’s society, which creates new conditions that all family members are unintentionally affected by this phenomenon. Women in particular are one of the most vulnerable groups that can be examined in connection with divorce from various aspects such as legal, emotional, social, etc.; but it seems that one of the most important areas to focus on is the legal experiences that some women are directly involved in, which can be effective in understanding the situation of divorced women. The present study is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach and snowball method, in a semi-structured way focusing on lived experience, Aiming to relate these experiences to psychological security and the degree of vulnerability or psychological peace of divorced women in the divorce process was examined by the author that due to the variety of topics, the results revealed that the most important general concepts that women have experienced in this regard are concepts such as feelings of humiliation, fear, psychological insecurity and stress, low self-confidence, lack of strong support, anger, loneliness, stress and anxiety and the most damaging effects on their psychological security are the character and behavior of the relevant authorities, the presence of children, financial concerns and the involvement of families before, during and after divorce. With these interpretations, we conclude that the contextual variables that have affected the process of women’s legal experiences and have given women the worst feeling and pressure have been two important propositions, including psychological insecurity and financial problems and concerns.
