The development that has reached all countries of the world, which made the development of technology a science that benefits man. But this science is a “double-edged sword.” The planes that humans have reached in transportation and communication between countries of the world quickly, so that a person can reach from one country to another in less than one hour or a few hours, and this in itself is considered a scientific achievement worthy of pride, thanks and gratitude , but soon some ideas for the manufacture of aircraft turned from a humanitarian service, to intelligence and intelligence work, where the situation came to violate the airspace of countries without their knowledge for reconnaissance and surveillance, contrary to what was decreed for these drones to know the atmosphere, which are used in scientific development and scientific discoveries to serve the human being and his needs. To live in comfort and serenity.
Rather, things have reached the point of committing international crimes through these unmanned drones, which can penetrate the international airspace and without the permission or approval of those countries and without being detected by any monitoring body and in any country. Therefore, these drones turned into carrying out assassinations of personalities who do not agree. Intellectual, political, or otherwise, this result will be continuous killing and assassinations, as happened in Iraq from the execution of the assassination of the martyrs Qassem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis. Therefore, the problem of the study will be according to the details through which we progress to reach the most important results.
