The Iraqi legal system for economic planning

In this thesis, we dealt with the study of the legal system of economic planning, a comparative study, through which we sought to diagnose the legal system of economic planning, as it is one of the important topics at the present time, especially in Iraq, on the one hand, and on the other hand, the economic importance that casts its shadow on economic planning in terms of what it seeks to achieve. States and international and regional organizations to preserve and build it, as it represents the basic foundation for building and establishing states. In light of this, we have divided this message planning, as economic planning is linked to the development process that aims to liquidate the manifestations of economic and social backwardness, and build a developed economy capable of meeting the material and cultural needs of the entire community. And the establishment of an economic structure that guarantees the abolition of exploitation and provides a decent level of consumption and necessary services for all citizens. This is done by establishing a national industrial base, developing agriculture, diversifying production and constantly renewing its methods, and by substituting advanced technology for the old means of engaging in productive activity.
