Citation means the researcher is returning to past research and studies to quote them.  This issue is practical and useful in studying and searching for a specific topic and helps the researcher in preparing a regular and coordinated research program. Therefore, this study examines the general citations and introduces their meanings by discussing their definitions in Arabic and Western words and terms and familiarity with their scientific meanings, which is the science of terminology. Many literary scholars and scholars,  including Qartajani and Al-Jaberi, have spoken in this regard. This study explains the Arabic and Western cultural citations and talks about linguistics, the effects of which are manifested in the works of Hassan al-Din Kufi and the citations that exist for him. The question that is asked and answered in this research is: What are the cultural, religious, historical, and peripheral sources?  This study examines the effect of Sham-al-ddin Kofi’s poem on the soul and psyche of people in society and examines practical verses, which serve to research and explain the meaning.
