Part of living and learning the right ways is determined by mistake، and when there is a law، it will develop along with it، and we will also see punishment، which is the result of non-compliance with the laws، and for this reason، the laws and employees must And to support activists، such as supporting government and public employees who facilitate public work to facilitate legal matters and to protect and safeguard public work and jobs in which employees work، and to facilitate legislation and support government work; and It is for the public that it is through awareness-raising to enforce these laws، and in our research we have described how to protect government employees and the protection and security of government work، which is through the structure of punishment، as well as the importance of government work and The public as an important structure and a We have explained that it is obligatory، and this is reflected in the image of the government through what it does، as well as through its people who are active in public and government work and the development of government work، and the employee must follow the rules correctly. So that it is not legally held accountable، such as when one of the managers and bosses asks the employee for a specific job that the employee must explain to his or her manager and boss about the situation before doing so. It is against the law، and he must do so in writing، and if the boss insists، he must provide the answer in writing، not orally، because in the oral case، the employee will not be pardoned from the legal issue.

The development of countries is achieved through the gradual development and advancement of laws that are based on the demands of life.
