The subject of this study, which is tagged (the legal regulation of the allowance, promotion and promotion in the public office, a comparative study between Iraq and Egypt) is one of the basic topics within the scope of the public job, since the latter regulates the rights, obligations and duties of the public employee, and since the allowance, promotion and promotion are among the employee’s rights, it has occupied an important position In this field, the fact that the employee’s performance of his job duties necessitates the granting of appropriate rights in return for the work he provides under the assigned job in accordance with the laws and regulations governing the job and the public facility. Although it has been proven that they are entitled to it, and for this we have clarified through our study of these obstacles in detail because of their importance within the scope of this study that are related to the employee’s rights within the framework of his public job, and that our study included a comparison between Iraqi law and Egyptian law regarding bonus, promotion and promotion and what came With the texts of the two laws that are being compared to our study of the provisions on that matter and the legislative shortcomings they included, the legislator must, through this, of both countries We address it for the purpose of keeping pace with the development and progress taking place in the legislation on employee rights within the framework of his public job. At the conclusion of this study, we have reached a number of results and recommendations that we proposed to the Iraqi legislator and the Egyptian legislator for the purpose of addressing the shortcomings and shortcomings in the legislation governing the allowance, promotion and promotion of both jurists.
