The political parties in Iraq and Lebanon are among the most important collective means through or through which democracy is achieved. Over time, these entities have acquired a special importance and an influential power in controlling, directing and controlling the rules of the political process, as well as governing in the vast majority of the world’s systems based on the relationship that binds Individuals and the political system, which has always been characterized by intertwining and complexity, which led to the possibility of saying that individuals when they are challenged, their participation in political life is more effective and effective, and its results are larger and more profitable, as they have stronger means to impose their demands and greater opportunities to achieve their goals and aspirations by employing material capabilities that they enjoy and the personal capabilities that make them a single collective force.
This study also aims to clarify the legal principles regulating political parties in Iraq and Lebanon in an attempt to guide the Iraqi legislator to the strengths and weaknesses in the legal system of political parties applied in the country in question, which is Iraq.
The research concluded several things, the most important of which is that the political party in Iraq is a regular assembly whose goal is to participate in political life with the intention of seizing power completely or partially so that it can achieve the ideas and interests of its members. In Lebanon, parties are political institutes to prepare leaders and leaders who possess leadership capabilities and experience in managing public affairs.
