This study was to clarify the categories of employees who work temporarily for the office to operate public facilities and meet public needs, and in cases where it is possible or impossible to work without a temporary job for the office. Contract staff. Sometimes, by concluding a contract with them in the form of a contract between the two parties, the departments have an urgent need for temporary and non-permanent contract staff. Therefore, there are several rules and regulations in Iraqi law that recognize this employee who is required to do so due to his membership in the staff, and some laws do not recognize this temporary job and make it part of the staff. He does not know. The Iraqi legislature recognized the employee and the job and enacted several important laws for it, creating a legal framework for it, which is in the contractor’s interest to guarantee his salary in the event of a breach of contract because it plays an important role. Has in the management of public facilities.
