The Iraqi laws related to personal status are the duty of the Sharia courts, which are called the Personal Status Court, and they have branches in all Iraqi courts and all provinces in Iraq. And our subject is the legal division, which is considered one of the works of the competent court in personal status, because it is related to the rights of the deceased, who has all of the belongings in his life and before his death. And what the deceased left of his money and what he owns while he is legally or legally registered in his name, and in accordance with what was drawn up by Islamic Sharia and Iraqi law with regard to the inheritance and the granting of the legal division by the judge of the matter, with the payment of debts and what is owed by the deceased and after all the liquidations that must be exonerated The dhimma, along with the washing, shrouding and burial, and then the heirs are registered in the Qassam and according to the inheritance calculation and the relationship of kinship to the deceased. It is necessary to address the differences in religion, sect and sect and in accordance with everything that must be looked at from the religious and doctrinal aspect of this deceased, which we will address in our study, through which we will clarify those differences with the appropriate legal rulings for each of the debtors or the sect of the deceased and the appropriate legal rulings.
