The researcher finds the clear impact of the policies and strategies pursued by the media administration in directing the behavior of members of the human community in understanding and acquiring knowledge and information regarding especially the existence of emerging health conditions like the one the world is experiencing today in light of the Corona pandemic as one of the infectious diseases that began in the Chinese city of Wuhan late last year and then It spread across the world, including Iraq, in all its governorates, including Dhi Qar Governorate.
