To have personality is to have a qualitative identity with extents in place and being. When god accepts a personality, a kind of sensual and objective relation with man comes to being; on the other hand, there will be some ambiguities like different god personalities in different religions, and existence of evil, which leads us to differentiating between personal and impersonal god. In fact this personality is a kind of self objectivization of god with a glance to this or that human receptacle. Divine principle, contains pure absolute and it’s projection in relativity, which is personal god. This anthropomorphic or personified god has various types in each religion. Myths tell stories of many personalities in divine world. Comparing babylian myth of creation, Enoma elish, with Torah one’s, helps us to discover many mysteries of god’s personality. These personalities are comparable to names of god in Abrahamic religions, one of which is central. In this view, unicity refers to a higher state than personal god, a state which can’t be described. All of these personalities while having differences in name and qualities represent that undescribed divine essence. The personal god of religions, have differences with each other. In Abrahamic family of religions, three types of god’s personality can be found, each one having special character beside similarities. Our survey shows that the elements, spirit, logos and light which in Bible and Koran have near relations in their turn, are the most important specialities of personal god in Judaism, Christianity and Islam.
