The inference of Shari’a rulings from the Imami point of view is a process that is realized in the light of powerful ijtihad by quoting and using the four arguments (the book, the Sunnah of the Infallibles (peace be upon them), consensus and reason). Although the reason of reason in the context of the history of the science of principles has been in an aura of ambiguity, but mentioning the reason of reason in the number of four proofs indicates its definite authority and validity in the face of suspicious analogy among Sunnis. Rational reason is any definite rational ruling that can be used to achieve a religious ruling.
Rational reason has two main roles and duties (indirect and direct) in discovering the Shari’a ruling:
1- Proving the authenticity of the Shari’a evidences by which the Shari’a verdict is proved.
2- The direct role of reason in deriving sharia rules in order to understand the existing relationships between sharia rules. Therefore, from the point of view of the Imams, the reason of reason in the position of proof is prior to the Shari’ah arguments and in the position of inferring the Shari’a rulings is the latter of the three arguments. Rational reason in the science of principles is divided into “intellectual independence” and “non-intellectual independence”. Rational independence is limited to the issue of rational goodness and ugliness, and the issues raised in non-rational independence are the obligatory premise, the counter-issue, the components, the implication of prohibition on corruption, and the community of command and prohibition. The Reason of Reason While it has a wide range of rational issues in the books of principles, but the ability of reason to deduce the rules of Sharia remains potential, and therefore it is not intended to be a single goal among the principles. Sometimes it has appeared as “organic intellect” and sometimes as “legitimate and ruling intellect within the width of the holy shari’a” and sometimes as “the building of the intellect” and sometimes in the realm of “we are not a part of it”. One of the solutions that can actualize the reason of reason from power is special attention due to obstruction. Obstructive suspicion in the light of jurisprudential assurance (customary science) and the construction of rational and expedient governance and consideration of public interests in order to lead the collective wisdom to infallible reason, a powerful ijtihad and dynamic jurisprudential background to overcome the imperfections of modern life in cultural and social fields , Political and economic figures.
