Legalize moral propositions in couples’ relationships

Legislator since the beginning of the Islamic Revolution has been strugg to secure women’s financial rights, but these steps have not been enough, Because today’s family are needs moral interactions and the consolidation of morality in couples relationships for their firmness and sustainability. Given that one way to institutionalize the ethics in the family is to legalize it, the present research was conducted in the library documentation form and descriptive-analytic method with the aim of explaining the quality of legalization for family ethics. To determine the legal requirements, at First, the theoretical foundations of human moral propositions in The moral determination has to be analyzed and then to explain how to legalize, the “maroof” ethical principle, which is the fundamental principle, has been chosen as a case of study and explained its concepts and instances. This principle in addition to being rational, in narrative science, there are many examples of couples’ rights too. Therefore, the principles of jurisprudential requirements of these examples were also examined and more the role of government in the legalization of morality was expressed in three areas of ethical propositions, explanatory propositions and governmental (intersection of rules) propositions.
