 And the dementions of its treatment، and this study comes in light of the scarcity of media studies that dealt with the crisis of wealth management between the governments of the center and the region in Iraq، in which the theory of media frameworks was used and relied on analyzing the content of a sample of three Iraqi newspapers: (Al-Sabah، Al-Zaman، Al-Takhi)، and it also adopted the approach Quantitative monitoring of the crisis news frameworks and systematic comparison to achieve scientific hypotheses.
