The role of believers in establishing security Narrative Quranic Study

In Imamiyyah and Hanafi jurisprudence and the establishment of laws, environmental factors and objective conditions play  an important  role  in  deducing  sharia rulings in Imamiyyah and Hanafi jurisprudence and the establishment of laws. Decrees  change over time  based  on  the factors affecting them. Decrees  are inferred from proven evidences, i.e. the Holy Qur’an, Sunnah, consensus, and reason, and factors and circumstances are obtained from it. In  this  regard,  Imam Reza said: we must establish the principles and you must divided them. The problem of research is to misunderstand the role and influence of factors and conditions on deriving decrees and establishing rules, and it is not an independent reason in itself, but new events are investigated based on rules, and most of the factors and conditions are found in trading seasons. This study has aimed to introduce the factors and conditions, their components and elements, and the conditions of establishing decrees and laws for them, and explain the conditions of time and place in creating a legal system that promotes the reality of life. And this matter is of great importance, and the importance of research is expressed by the validity of its subjects and the extent of their influence on the power of judgment. Despite the existence of previous studies that did not focus on its practical aspect, this issue was brought up in a new way in this study, and the statement of decree and control of the role of environmental factors and general objective conditions and how to find Sharia decree were discussed. Based on the change of the sentence, it is inferred that the subject has also changed and another sentence with a new subject is established. This study is an applied and comparative inferential one that was carried out by following the words of jurists and legal scholars and their course in this matter, collecting information and their relation and comparing the opinions of scholars, observing weighting. We achieved important results through which we came to know the nature of decrees related to the role of factors and conditions in the derivation of decrees in Shia and Hanafi jurisprudence and their approval and related legal articles.
