Claimants of government enjoying legitimacy and the experience of the fall of the Umayyad try to naturally affect in positive interaction with scholars and people in this and showing convergence with religious orientations could help Abbasids and support them in harness of ideas or moves of its opposite. Researcher tries to influence the members of the two traditions on the one hand and the government and the rule of interaction and orientation of states to review those traditions. By searching the literature and historical sources and data collection, he shows the position of the people against the caliphs fit the look and character of their political tradition, emerged as convergence or divergence with the caliphate. Behaviors such as the presence in the body of the caliphate, consultation of book in favor of the caliphs and as a symbol of convergent behavior with the government and cases like counting unjust about Khalifa, sanctions of appearances in the court or  of supporting the uprising as a symbol of divergence with the government. In contrast, the caliphs due to various reasons and most of all, need to gain legitimacy in public opinion have always tried to win the support of the People of Hadith, to invite and Donate efforts to attract them, and yet the unfolding divergence and conflict with the rule of People of Hadith, to limit their activities or remove them.
