The order of Rifaiyah, one of the oldest Sufi orders that is exist in Iraq. Saiied Ahmad Al- Rifaiy (1106-1194 AD) founder of this order, is Sufi and Faghih who lived in Southern of Iraq. He spent his entire life in his birthplace Batayeh. Followers and his disciples spread his order in the world of Islam, So much so that Tarighat 8th and 9th centuries AD, was the world’s largest Sufi dynasty in Egypt, Palestine, Syria, Iran, India and the Far East Anatolia. In order of Rifaiyah, the yardstick between right and wrong, the Quran and the prophetic tradition. The followers of this Tarighat at any stage of their behavior (Solouk) must be doer of the Shari’ah Contrary to Shariah is not accepted in any circumstances. Adherence to the Shari’ah in this Tarighat is important insofar that beliefs such as pantheism and Sufi’s Shtahiyyat that may appear in conflict with Shari’ah, they are rejected. Rifaiyah and Shia, in terms of belief, there are many similarities with each other. the most important belief is  Love Infallible Imams (peace be upon them), the idea of the messianic doctrine. Current Sheikh of Rifaiyah is Sheikh Tariq Yassin al-Refaie in Egypt since 2008 was Sheikh of this order. He is active in the socio-political arena. After the fall of Hosny mobarak other Sufis he support Mohhammad Morsi, but He later joined the critics of Morci already fans of the general al-sici.
