Followers of ZaydibnAlī, called Zaidiyyah accept and follow Imam Ali (pbuh), Imam Hasan(pbuh), Imam Hussein(pbuh) and ZaydibnAlī.This Islamic sect was formed in 122 H.G. In the present time, its native land is Yemen knows as official religion of the country. Zaidiyyah and other Shiite sects are in common in Imamat. Zaidiyyah were among the Shiites by accepting Nas but after the event of Karbala, they denied Nas then gave particular analysis about theory of Imamat and built a new sect of Shiite based on the particular analysis. In the recent years, along with the occurrence of Islamic awakening, Yemeni Zaidiyyas are in the world’s spotlight and the Houthis are the main players. This thesis attempts to study Zaidiyyah by definition, explanation of the process of its emergence, review of its beliefs, and analyze the contemporary social and political Streams of thought. As a whole, contemporary Zaidiyyahis divided into three schools of thought: Conservatism, pro-reform traditionalism, modern intellectualism. However when it comes to their ideas in practice, they are active in two traditional and modernist spectra. It is attempted to evaluate the contemporary political situation in Yemen through this approach. However, this thesiscould notgive an illustrative of certificates of these schools of thought completely in spite of a great deal of efforts to introduce them, but  it succeeded in giving an account of political movements especially the Houthisand the rise of Hezbollah.
