Humans are social beings and can not meet their needs lonely and various factors such as everyday needs, education, employment, treatment … have caused them to have no other option but to connect with community members. With the development of urbanization and the expansion of social relations and the growth of communication in cyberspace, these relationships have also spread to different types of real and virtual. Therefore, it is important to examine the limits of Non-mahram relationships and establishing social relationships in jurisprudential religions. Because if the relationship between the male and the female is not determined by the rules and regulations, beside the moral degeneration of the individual it also has a negative effect on the basis of families and will cause many social problems. This descriptive-analytical research by referring to the Quran, Sunnah and jurisprudential books of the Imamites and Sunnis reviews the limits of Non-mahram relationships in Jurisprudential religions with emphasize on social relationships in three chapters. In the first chapter, the general concepts and key concepts of the topic are examined. The Second chapter reviws the limits of real communication with Non-mahram emphasizing the views of the jurisprudential religions and the third chapter discusses the limits of Non-mahram relationships in cyberspace. The results of these studies show that in jurisprudential religions, relations with Non-mahram is permissble in case of being away from hesitation and fear of corruption and sedition and taking place in case of necessity. One can match these rules for Non-mahram relationships in cyberspace considering commonality in criterion and basis.
