Function implies result of a deviated event or movement; amongst, religious poems are very important in Islamic societies and also in Shia societies, poems are appeared more than ever in imams’ laments, especially Imam Hussein. The poems, in fact, have had important functions and results in social parts. The poems can be studied due to special position of Ghajar government. Ghajar era can be counted as a peak for forming many public beliefs about religious symbols. Basic character of functions and holding them in society cannot be summarized in social unity and cohesion but it doesn’t mean that all functions were the same for all kinds of people and groups and the way of holding the rites didn’t lead to internal conflicts and social rupture in some cases. The thesis has achieved two important results. Firstly, social conditions and economic and political ups and downs had direct effects on people’s strong or weak attendance in the rites. Secondly, internal unity of clergies led to unity of people in holding the rites and providing some conflicts among religious guardians, people’s leadership would be on eulogists. The importance of the matter is that the results are still current in our modern society, because most religious poems which exist among people in current society have rooted in Ghajar era and holders’ thoughts; therefore in presented research, we study the results in two parts, positive or negative functions and results in social parts.
