The study aims to clarify the role of media activities and methods used in the Ministry of Education to enhance health awareness for school students in light of the Corona pandemic. The personal interviews included five questions, the main focus of which revolved around media activities and the methods used in the Ministry of Education to promote health awareness among students in light of the Corona virus. The number of experts who were interviewed was sixteen, and the researcher also used in his study the questionnaire tool, and its questions included more than thirty paragraphs, which were distributed to a random group of preparatory school students belonging to the Ministry of Education in the city of Baghdad. They numbered (400) forms, with (200) males and (200) 200) female. The researcher relied on the survey method as the most appropriate method for descriptive studies as a scientific effort that helps in obtaining information and data on the phenomenon that will be studied, and the validity of the tool was emphasized by presenting it to a group of arbitrators and specialists in the field of media and education. Media activities in the Ministry of Education have played an important role in enhancing the health status of students in light of the Corona pandemic, through its media activities that contributed to increasing students’ health awareness and reducing the risks of infection with the Corona virus. The study recommends paying attention to health awareness among students and making it a subject taught in schools because of the role of health in building society and strengthening its solid foundations against the epidemic crises that may afflict people in the future. We can briefly summarize the most important findings of the study. First: The media activities and methods used in the Ministry of Education play an important role in promoting health awareness for students from the point of view of specialized experts. Second: The media activities and methods used in the Ministry of Education played an important role in guiding the teaching staff, staff and students in taking preventive measures to protect them from infection with the Corona virus. Third: Media activities had a role in raising the awareness of the teaching staff and students in the Ministry of Education through health awareness through satellite channels, meetings with students, distribution of posters in health awareness and the use of social media. Fourth: The Ministry has been using many media tools to promote health awareness for students. Fifth: The Ministry has conducted several seminars and workshops for educational staff and students to increase their health awareness. Sixth: It sought to create a process of communication between the school and parents of students to find out the latest developments related to the seriousness of this epidemic. Seventh: Through its media, the Ministry has used various tools and means to develop students’ health awareness, the most prominent of which are educational television and audio, visual and print media.
