The Almighty God declares this great blessing in the Qur’an, as he proclaims himself, “Al-ium al-‘Almāt Lekm Dinqm and’Almatum al-kum ‘Nimati’ and ‘Rā’ī’at al-Islāma Dina”, which was today the day when I completed my religion and completed my blessing upon you and to you the religion of Islam I’m satisfied. This religion includes general rules that can be adapted to the details that come from later on, after centuries of changing lives and events that have not existed before. If we look at the mechanism of the path that the jurisprudents will pursue in order to achieve religious certainty, we will find that ijtihad is a hybrid academic activity composed of two sections of theology and jurisprudence, and each of these two parts requires special methods and specialisms. But knowing the verdict is completely influenced by the recognition of the subject, because the role of time and place in the evolution of topics is undeniable. The knowledge of the jurisprudent is about the subject of the judgment, which he will receive a new understanding of jurisprudential texts and sources. This knowledge should often be derived from science (experimental). Drinks form a very important part of traditional fiqh; however, the expansion of the scope of new jurisprudential issues about beverages has led to new events that were not previously available, therefore, it is imperative that these new and emerging issues be explicitly discussed in jurisprudence. This thesis, with an analytical descriptive approach, after explaining the generalities and concepts discussed in the first chapter of the topics of animal beverages in the second chapter, explains the subjects of animal beverages and in the third chapter of the monuments in industrial beverages, and in the fourth season, in the Drinking Drinks The fourth chapter of Najis addiction to oral and medicinal drinks is discussed in the end.
