After Talmud they created their works in three forms; descriptions, cods and responses. One of the book widell used among Judaism was “shulhan arukh” by R.Yusef Caro wich was later revealed and was called “kittzor shulhan arukh”. This thesis is set up in two parts: the first part consists of two chapters and explores quiddity, species and sources of “halakha”, goes on to compare two legal works in Judaism and islam which one is the (Code of Jewish Law) by ” R. Solomon Ganfried” and the (sharaye- al- islam) by ” Mohaqeq Hilli” which are appropriate to be compared for their importance and position. Part two of the thesis is an excerpt from the (code of Jewish law) which covers various subjects as follows; reading of the “torah” and laws concerning about physical and moral wellbeing.
