The issue of poverty is mentioned in the Holy Qur’an and in verses, people were called to help the poor and communicate with them with affection and kindness. The foundation of human society is based on helping fellow human beings. The phenomenon of poverty is one of the most obvious phenomena that puts pressure on the individual and the human society, and despite their continuous efforts to find the necessary solutions, many people suffer from it in every era until our time and in different countries; But unfortunately they did not find a solution. Therefore, this problem is widespread in all human societies in a suspicious way that requires attention. Finding a Qur’anic and Hadith treatment for poverty and the need to pay attention to and adopt divine orders in the economic infrastructure and to form a peaceful economic society in the human environment seems necessary. Therefore, in this thesis, the problem of poverty in the Holy Quran and hadiths is explained based on Tafsir al-Mizan and Kitab al-Hayat, and after explaining the concept of poverty, it states whether it is commendable or reprehensible and its individual and social causes. Then I explained the ways of dealing with it from the perspective of the Holy Quran according to the interpretation of al-Mizan and from the perspective of the traditions according to the Book of Al-Hayat, and those divine ways are as follows: like divine blessings and blessings, following the coming of night and day; and Shariah ways such as expiation, diat, obligatory charity, sacrifice in Hajj, inheritance and prohibition of usury, prohibition of high selling, and moral ways such as sacrifice and self-sacrifice, charitable lending, prayer, forgiveness, and social and political ways such as business and trade , migration, marriage and not accepting the guardianship of a tyrant and oppressor.
