“A Typology of the Activities of the Iranian Companions of the Imams of Reza and their Role in the Spread of Shi’a”

The arrival of Islam in Iran and the tendency of Iranians to Islam is one of the most important historical events for the Iranian nation. After gradually acquainting themselves with Islamic beliefs and rules, the Iranians converted to Islam voluntarily, without external pressure. The trend of Iranians towards Islam intensified during the time of the Imams (AS) and some of them studied in the school of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) and took the honor of being the companions of the Imams. On the other hand, the attention of the Imams (AS) to the patronage of Social and educational views caused a large number of Iranians as companions of the Imams to provide valuable services to the Islamic world, so that in the first century 11 people and in the third and fourth centuries 3521 muhaddiths from Iran served the Islamic world. This dissertation examines the ethnography of the activities of the Iranian companions of the Imams (AS) after Imam Reza (AS), during the time of Imam Javad (AS), Imam Hadi (AS), Imam Hassan Askari (AS) and Imam Asr (AS) in an analytical manner Describes the library method. The findings show that the Iranian companions of Ibn al-Reza (AS) have rendered valuable services to Shiites in various fields of science, belief, hadith, literature and economics and have maintained the flag of Shiism and Islam in this region.
