The semiotics has Conect with linguistics, philosophy, psychology and  logical and it Conect to signs, semantics My Story. But Basic theories in this field were scattered and confused  theories. The semiotics That was a  basic  science  that Discover  the different Secret signs and not emerge  suddenly , but   it  is  the  result of opinions and  theories proposed  through ages and  these  theories and opinions  developed during  the  time (on the   basis of guides and of philosophers and thinkers). The Word of “ semiotics” was  a  confused  term in  thought  of  Arabs  and  the  West and  there  was  no clear Foundation for  it. So these studies were  carried  out  to  clearly mention , define and analyze for the modern Arabs and  west thinkers. This study has aimed to investigate  the  semiotics of letters  mentioned  in  the  contemporary classical poetry and dealt with the Diwan of Mustafa Jamal al-Din  and  has sought  to analyze his poems in semiotic.  This   study has  found that  the letters selected  by the  poet has direct  relation with    his characteristics. The characteristics of these letters show  thee  emotional and  psychological characteristics of the poet. Accordingly ,  it  has  been  seen  that  the semiotics plays important role in  symbolism   of  the  letters and  their  characteristics which the  poet  used  in all  poems.  Therefore, this study is part of the semiotic approach in modern Arabic criticism, which shows the most important semantics and semiotic properties of the letters that the poet used in his poems. Finally,  this  study   shows  the  ability of  the  poet in develop and  use  rhymes in semantic and  semiotic way and its effect on these  poets. It has been found  that the poet succeeded in choosing the letters that have the significance and the characteristics corresponding to his emotions and his psychological and emotional nature.
