The Arab tribes are considered the basis of social, political, economic life in the Arab society. The Arabs of the Island did not follow a military or political system before Islam; they differed from all the peoples that surround them. These nations were central governments that followed them .The Holy Qur’an referred to the Importance of these tribes and their role, In history of the Arabia .The important role in the tribe were the leaders and nobles of those tribes, as they had effective and different roles sometimes stemming from their faith, and sometimes from their desires and their worldly desires, they played a very big role In changing the equation of wars, Issues or revolutions later on. The first century AH witnessed major events of this nature, especially in Iraq, as the end of the third caliph and beyond, events took place to great and dangerous ends, then the caliphate of Imam Ali came and the events were saturated with many Influences, the most important of which was the role of nobles and The chiefs of the tribes, and the control of the Umayyads after the peace treaty with Imam al-Hasan (peace be upon him) and the great march of the Umayyad government to buy the responsibilities of the nobles of the tribes, the results of whichh were the events of Karbala, the revolution of al-Tawabin and al-Mukhtar and others. In order to know the role of nobles In changing or confirming events, as well as knowing and explaining the role of positive nobles for personalities loyal to take advantage of this great power of tribalism while codifying powers and returning matters to God and His Messenger, then returning matters to those In authority in the community.
