There is no doubt that digital media has become one of the most important modern media outlets that play a direct or indirect role in changing the pattern of thinking and behavior and affect all aspects of life. ,

Therefore, these institutions and agencies are paying special attention to digital media, and employing them in order to develop and enhance the competencies of their affiliates.

This study aims to know the role of digital media in consolidating the concept of comprehensive security in the specialized security agencies in Iraq, and how to use the characteristics of digital media in this process, and to show their impact on the performance of workers in these specialized agencies, and to uncover the most important types of digital media and their applications that It played a role in establishing the concept of comprehensive security for them,

The researcher followed the survey method, and used the questionnaire form to collect information covering the field of study from a sample that represented the original research community. He extracted the information from it, studied it, analyzed it and interpreted it.

The research reached a set of conclusions through its theoretical and field study, the most important of which is that the media play a role in consolidating the concept of comprehensive security among workers in the specialized Iraqi agencies, despite the absence of an Iraqi media body specialized in security digital media that manages the media process with a fixed strategy, to consolidate the concept of Security of personnel of the competent security services,

And that the characteristics of the Iraqi digital media contributed to developing their skills and improving their performance, which raised the efficiency of the performance of the specialized agencies themselves.

And the need to conduct comprehensive future studies, under the supervision of specialists, on the difficulties and challenges that limit the development of digital security media, and to achieve real communication and partnership between the competent security agencies and the private digital media, to serve the consolidation of the concept of comprehensive security among the personnel of the competent security services.
