Methods affecting youth behavior on Instagram, Iraqi youth A survey study on a sample of youth in Baghdad governorate

This study sought to find out what is the role of Instagram on the behavior of Iraqi youth? In the province of Baghdad, the study population consisted of all young people who have an account on social networking sites (Instagram), and the researcher in this study followed the survey method, due to the suitability of the purposes of the study. The study reached several results and recommendations, the most important of which are: : -The value aspects of the content of the Instagram site sometimes contribute to modifying the behavior of young people and openness to the world to acquire a variety of behaviors, including aggressive behaviors, the most important of which is the behavior of sexual harassment, the presence of a few normal behaviors in the moral, religious and social aspects. -Instagram contributes to creating new behaviors among young people, as it has contributed to their acquisition of behaviors that are not in line with the values of society, which leads to an impact on their national identity and affect the love of their homeland. Recommendations including: – Holding practical seminars to clarify the negatives of the new media and how to overcome them. – Increasing studies in the field of social networks and their various impacts on youth and society.
