The purpose of this research is to investigate the political marketing of the election campaign that is presented by the satellite network of Afaq Iraq, because the programs presented by this network help in shaping the general knowledge of the people, especially by presenting the views of the people. Different thoughts on different topics affect public opinion. Therefore, the importance of this research lies in explaining the media effectiveness of Afaq network programs in supporting and marketing in favor of the election campaigns of the state of Law coalition and the necessity of social responsibility of these programs. And this issue requires that this network acts in showing the events of the country with truth and purity and without harming the interests of the society. In addition, the need to pay attention to political events and issues in the shadow of freedom of expression and opinion, especially after the collapse of the previous regime, seems necessary. This issue can be made possible by believing in the influence of the media on people’s knowledge and by providing all the information to the members of the society. Dealing with media research, especially research on the influence of television channels, has become an important part of election campaigns. This political marketing has been introduced with full force throughout the Iraqi society for the purpose of political propaganda. In such a way that people participate in parliamentary elections without having detailed information about these parties. Just as the confusion in the political propaganda of these parties has had a negative effect and shows that these parties do not have enough attention from the Iraqi society and the general Iraqi voters. Also, most of the needs of these parties have been focused on political marketing to win the elections. Based on this، the role of television channels in activating political marketing in election campaigns is revealed. By preparing reports and television interviews about current events, these programs have a fundamental impact on the management of election campaigns in the society, the purpose of which to create changes that are sometimes against and sometimes agree with the facts surrounding that event.
