The role of the media in environmental awareness of cancer patients in Dhi Qar province

           The important vital and influential role played by the media in educating people in different human societies at different social political, economic, educational and other levels and the subject of our research will be limited to the role and the impact of the media in environmental awareness for members of Iraqi society especially for cancer patients and we will restrict our research in the study of this problem in the Iraqi province of Dhi Qar  and the reason for choosing this topic is to know the impact of the media in the prevention of diseases and awareness and delivery of prevention methods and treatment of diseases that affect human beings due to ignorance and cancer especially cancer.

             The research aims to address a large and wide-ranging environmental problem in the Iraqi provinces particularly the city of Dhi Qar through the media and its influential media to deliver prevention and treatment methods to this group and other people because the media today especially the new one has an influential role in  this regard  to raise awareness of these methods and to reduce the spread of this disease among the people of the province in particular and Iraq in general.

            It is not known the need for such research in the scientific field and study the subject in accordance with the scientific requirements of sober and to clarify the most important ways provided by the media in this regard to benefit from the scientific experiences that preceded us developed countries in spreading environmental and health awareness among people because the media today has proven its ability to influence different aspects of life, if we can study it correctly we can spread the environmental and health culture In society and how to prevent cancer which is considered one of the most serious diseases affecting human beings we have concluded that there are ways of prevention and methods of treatment that the media can spread awareness about in the province and Iraqi society in general.
