This study aims to know the level of observance of professional media ethics in the management of Karbala channel، and to what extent religious moral teachings are used in Karbala channel، and to know the impact of adherence to professional ethics on public confidence. This study relied on the descriptive analytical method. As for the level of the research tool، the interview tool was used، which is one of the most important qualitative research tools، as it gives the researcher a large space to poll the respondents. The study problem included the following question: What is the role and effects of professional ethics in media management? This study has concluded that the channel’s moral charter is subject to continuous monitoring to be amended and evaluated، and honesty and accuracy in conveying the news are among the channel’s priorities. And it turned out that one of the most important ethics that the journalist must abide by is justice، honesty، objectivity and respect for the freedom of others، as well as responsibility before the community، according to what was stated in the interview with the workers. And its objective theses، away from sectarianism and sectarianism، using the methods of truth that clarify the original Islamic approach. Accordingly، the study recommends developing a training curriculum related to professional work and developing the ideas of workers professionally، and getting closer to the public through making questionnaires and opinion polls that evaluate the ethical work of the Karbala channel، and strengthening the public relations team in the channel with human cadres capable of accomplishing its mission، preparing، qualifying and training it in order to invest creative ideas For media cadres in all fields، to emphasize the holding of periodic sessions for channel managers، in order to cooperate in overcoming obstacles and practical challenges facing them، and to coordinate in joint work between them، and to exchange accumulated experiences that are refined by experience، and to collectively brainstorm freely to arrive at the right opinion and the best option. And the safest decision، as such sessions raise confidence among the workers، which increases the use of ethical media work in the institution، urging them to view scientific research on professional work، and making recommendations for workers who want to do research that the topic is support for ethical professionalism from a religious perspective
