The ersearch of Fawz and Falah is one of the basic issues that is mentioned in the Quran as the ultimate goal of the wayfarer. A goal that few servants of God can reach. Of course, explaining the meaning of these two important terms is of great importance in understanding the verses and clarifying the factors of happiness. Fawz is a fact and a Quranic concept that the fate of man in this world and in the hereafter is related to it. Also, Falah is the achievement of goodness and grace and deliverance from evil, victory and fulfillment of purpose, and achieving the desired, which is the satisfaction of God, the Merciful and His Paradise, which has its own components and agents. Words close to these two are the words of happiness and salvation as stated in the Qur’an: It is from the mercy of God Almighty to His creation that drew for them the path of happiness in this world and the hereafter, a path in He which there is no real transformation or hardship. Many people followed this path and achieved these two blessings: they became calm in the worldly life: they were immersed in contentment and assurance, and they were adorned with the garment of happiness. The commentators have interpreted the verses of Foz and Fallah well and explained their meanings, which shows the importance of these words. In this research, we intend to examine these verses from the perspective of “Al-Mizan fi Tafsir al-Qur’an” by Allameh Seyyed Muhammad Hossein Tabatabai, which is one of the most famous and comprehensive Shia commentaries. This is the reason why in this research we have tried to extract the verses in which Foz and Fallah are mentioned according to Al-Mizan’s interpretationand analyze them conceptually.Regarding the achievements of this research, we should mention that God’s grace is an open door that God does not close on any of His servants, and God’s grace and His pleasure can be accessed through many ways to obtain God’s mercy. It is also due to God’s generosity to his servants that he doubles the good deeds and removes the bad deeds. Regarding Falah, it should be said that Falah is the final goal and the end of the path and a good end for every servants of god, and Falah is God’s grace and favor on creation, because according to the Prophet, a man will not enter heaven by his actions unless God’s mercy surrounds him.
