The development that took place in the International Labor Organization, which contains a framework of international labor standards that seek to enhance the access of women and men to productive and decent work opportunities in a cover of equality, freedom, dignity and security. It stipulated the least rights that could exist and which are directly related to workers or their places of work, and that these standards either exist through recommendations and these recommendations may be non-binding in many cases, or they may exist in the form of international treaties between states and are binding. Among the most prominent labor standards are standards related to improving workers’ workplaces, working hours, women’s work, non-discrimination between genders, the formation of unions, and night work. The Iraqi labor law has followed this approach by adhering to these standards and stipulating them in articles, When looking at jurisprudence, we find that Islamic Sharia is distinguished by the fact that its provisions were broader and more comprehensive for all aspects of life and its fields, as the legislation and texts of this great religion included everything that people needed, whether in worship, transactions or otherwise. . Thus, Islamic Sharia was useful in every time and place. Islamic rulings and legislation included all issues and issues that exist in people’s lives and their protection.
