The hadiths received from the infallible imams (peace be upon them) are a reliable and reliable source for all exegetes, especially for Shiite exegetes in understanding religion and the Noble Qur’an. From the Shiite point of view, the Noble Qur’an is understood through the narrations that have come down to us from the infallible imams. For this reason, explanatory hadiths are always very important. Hazrat Imam Reza (peace be upon him) left several narrations, and in many of these narrations there are explanatory references and citations that can help us in understanding and interpreting the Noble Qur’an. In this thesis, the student tried to examine these narrations and explain their role in understanding the Noble Qur’an. Of course, in order to narrow the topic, the focus is on the book “Oyoun Akhbar Reda” by Sheikh Al-Saduq. This book is one of the authentic and reliable sources for the narration in the view of the Shiites. The research method in this thesis is descriptive and analytical, and it is carried out using an exploratory approach from the types of qualitative research. At the end of this research, the student explained that Imam Al-Rida’s exegetical narrations, which focus on the reasons for revelation, lexical issues, and focus on social conditions and theological debates at that time, play an important role in the interpretation of the Noble Qur’an. Imam al-Rida’s exegetical narrations, especially in the era when a storm of doubts was threatening the foundation of religion, helped preserve faith and prevent deviations.
