Women’s financial rights” are rights that have been legislated to meet their material needs, some of which are the result of a marriage contract; Such as dowry, alimony and inheritance. Some are based on general legal rules; Such as proverbial reward and breastfeeding reward and some of them can be demanded by using the will of the parties and in the form of “condition during the contract. This descriptive-analytical study has examined the financial rights of women in the Afghan legal system; In a way that first discusses the types of financial systems in marital relations and how financial relations between couples in Islam and Afghan law and then examines and analyzes the concept, conditions and guarantees of the implementation of each of the examples of women’s financial rights. Simultaneously with the analysis of the issues, ambiguities and legal gaps have been identified and proposed solutions have been presented. Finally, the most important general and specific factors of women’s lack of access to their financial rights have been examined and appropriate solutions have been proposed accordingly.
