Religious sources, from verses and hadiths, consider husband and wife as complementary to each other in spiritual and spiritual excellence and emphasize the need to respect each other and perform their duties towards each other and family. Psychological rights are among the rights of the human soul that should be considered and observed in human relations, especially between husband and wife. The purpose of this study is to explain the psychological rights of women over husbands from the perspective of verses and hadiths. This research has used descriptive-analytical method to express the religious teachings and theology of the infallibles in the field of psychological rights of women over husbands. Rights such as positivity and good faith, having a blessed attitude towards one’s spouse, desire for love and good morals, tidiness and observance of cleanliness, good companionship and respect for one’s spouse, forgiveness and forgiveness of one’s spouse, etc. are among the psychological rights, which are: Instinct and nature are embedded in the existence of every human being. Observance of these psychological rights can have many educational effects on the family and marital relations and lead to good morals, controlling anger, strengthening love for God, paying full attention to each other’s rights, and so on. Observance of these rights is effective in creating peace and excellence in the family.
