Using the Quranic text in the debates of Imam Reza (as) in the book Oyoun Akhbar al-Reza as an example about the monotheism and infallibility of the prophets (analytical study)

The subject of this dissertation is the use of the Quranic text in the debates of Imam Reza (as) in the book Oyoun Akhbar al-Reza, for example, about “monotheism” and “infallibility of the prophets”. In some appearances of Quranic texts, there are subjects from which a concept other than the real meaning is taken, and some commentators have used those texts in an incorrect sense. As some of them have said, they have attributed what the Qur’an does not mean to God Almighty and have damaged the infallibility of the prophets. This research tries to provide a solution and answer to the problems or doubts arising from the apparent understanding of some texts, which are not compatible to the sacred realm of God Almighty and His monotheism and attributes and His purity from having a body, occupying space and place and being visible, etc. According to the answers given in the use of the Quranic text between the debates of Imam Reza (peace be upon him), These include purifying the essence of God from these doubts in unity of God’s essence, and unity of God’s attributes, and unity of divine acts, and denying the similarity of His attributes to creatures and phenomena, and responding to the slanders attributed to the prophets and their infallibility by using the appearance of texts. For example, accusing the Seal of the Prophets (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) of misguidance, which many Sunni commentators have interpreted as polytheism. But we see that Imam al-Reza (as) in its interpretation has expressed a completely different meaning from what has been said. Where he interpreted aberration as concealing his position from his people, Then God guided them to your knowledge. Thus, all the doubts raised against the prophets were removed by using the Quranic texts and other texts that indicate their infallibility. The importance of this study lies in the ability to use the text of the Qur’an in answering and solving many problems, especially in the two important principles (monotheism) and (infallibility of the prophets). The importance is confirmed if the employee is infallible. But what’s new is word analysis, which can be the root of the problem. That is, in texts that ostensibly attribute something to God Almighty that is not in the Quran, it is also about condemnation and slander against the prophets, and the subject of discussion is linguistics and interpretation, and the result is the same as that obtained from the orders of the Imam (as). The researcher has used analytical method in this study and the result of this research is the negation of all apparent perceptions of the holy essence of God and His attributes, as well as the negation of concepts that damage the infallibility of the prophets, with use the same text and sometimes other texts.
