Environmental Pollution and the Responsibility of the Investor in Iraqi and Iranian Law

Pollution considered as the most danger environment’s problems in our event society,as it was from old phenomenon which was accompanied the exploitation of water environment,but because of the increase of it’s levels in president time reach from the dangerous which may be threat the human being and environment equally, also pollution of water is not happened actually because of modern technology only but also the nature agents may be the cause of water pollution like the earth quake, volcano, floods, conflagration, and storms. This improve that pollution may result from nature or from human works which considered as integral race from the races of environment, but in the fact it’s the first race of the direct effective after release to it’s powers from exploitation and controlled which abandon the balance of environment to imbalance this lead to downfall, and because of that we found most of international conferences, declarations,  and published covenant was worry about in direct way to the subject of environment in totality and to the pollution of international rivers especially because what the last one distinguished by from characteristics first one is the direct relationship between the people and water and the variety of use,  it’s a center of society gathering and the first one who influenced in the negative use is the water, because of that we plan to study this subject from all sides,  beginning of material rivers pollution,  methods of struggle, the result of the this on the health of mankind development, the role of international society to struggle and drop the international responsibility on the cause pollution.
