Dealing with the infidels and its quality is one of the important issues in the individual arena, and social affairs, the beginning of Islam, a great role in matters of religion and this world; The Noble Qur’an includes many verses on this matter and guides Muslims in dealing with them to the truth and the right path.
The infidels of all kinds, the secular, the polytheists and the People of the Book, are divided into those who are in peace with Islam and Muslims and those who fight against them; The Qur’anic rules change according to their attitude towards Islam and Muslims.
Here are strict restrictions in dealing with them, taking into account their rights, such as justice and equity, preserving human dignity, protection, giving him the right to express and express his opinion, and not being forced to accept religion.
And also other conditions for preserving the values of Muslims is the rule of negating the path and protecting them towards them.
This thesis is entitled “The interaction of Muslims with the peaceful and warring infidels from the point of view of the three interpretations: Al-Mizan, Al-Athal, Al-Kashif” – as understood from its title – a study on the interaction of Muslims with the infidels, peaceful and warring, according to the views of the three interpretations, and in its last chapter it is based on a comparative study For the views of the three exegetes (Seyyed Al-Tabatabai, Sheikh Makarim Al. – Shirazi and Sheikh Mughniyeh) on the verses associated with it.
